Friday Ephemera - Subway Sect promo handbill, 1978

"A rare document from one of British Punk’s most hermetic groups – but one whose stature has grown and grown in the intervening four decades. This was a promotional handbill, printed both sides on thick paper, issued out of Rehearsal Rehearsals, Bernard Rhodes’ HQ – probably in early 1978, to coincide with the first Sect single (and the only one on Rhodes’ Braik Records), "Nobody’s Scared / Don’t Split It." Continue reading about this beautiful & rare piece of ephemera over at Jon Savage's site. He doesn't post often, but when he does, its worth spending some time there.
